boost productivity and engagement and deliver measurable business impact\nAutomate and modernize HR Ops processes (employee lifecycle, contracts, onboarding, reporting) using AI tools, agents, workflows, and integrations\nLead the full product lifecycle for HR tech and AI solutions, from discovery and process redesign to change management, adoption, and value tracking\nOwn the foundations\nOwn the functional roadmap and requirements for HR systems and vendors, in partnership with IT, who own architecture, integrations, security, SLAs, and uptime\nBuild and ship AI and
