As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will be a trusted technical advisor to customers, helping them modernize their software delivery practices across DevOps, DevSecOps, cloud-native environments, and software supply chain security. You will partner closely with Sales while also collaborating with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and other technical teams across JFrog.\nThis role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical depth with customer-facing experience and enjoys solving complex enterprise challenges, building trusted relationships, and translating technology into meaningful business outcomes.\nWhat you’ll be doing as a Senior Solutions Engineer:\nPartner with customers and prospects across Taiwan to understand their software delivery, DevOps, DevSecOps, and software supply chain challenges\nAct as a trusted technical advisor to developers, DevOps teams, security teams, architects, engineering leaders, and senior technical stakeholders\nLead the technical sales cycle, from discovery and solution design through demonstrations, technical validation, proof-of-concepts, and technical win\nWork closely with Account Executives to qualify opportunities, define technical success criteria, address customer requirements, and articulate the technical and business value of the JFrog Platform\nDesign and demonstrate solutions across modern software delivery environments, including CI/CD, cloud-native platforms, application security, and software supply chain security\nLead customer workshops, architecture discussions, technical deep dives, and executive-level presentations\nHelp customers evaluate how JFrog integrates into their existing development, security, cloud, and DevOps ecosystems\nBuild strong relationships with customer champions and help develop long-term technical advocates for JFrog\nRepresent JFrog at customer events, conferences, webinars, partner engagements, and executive briefings\nBring customer and market feedback back to JFrog Product and Engineering teams and help influence product direction\nStay current with developments in DevOps, DevSecOps, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, software supply chain security, and AI-assisted software development\nIf you don’t meet 100% of the requirements below - that’s okay, nobody’s perfect! We encourage you to apply if you think this is a role that would make you excited about coming to work every day.\nWhat you bring to the table:\n8+ years of relevant industry experience, with significant experience across areas such as Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Presales, DevOps, software engineering, platform engineering, cloud, or application security\n4+ years in a customer-facing technical role, ideally supporting enterprise technology sales\nProven ability to independently manage the technical aspects of complex enterprise sales opportunities\nStrong hands-on understanding of modern DevOps and software delivery practices\nExperience with technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD platforms, Git-based workflows, build tools, and artifact/package management\nExperience designing, explaining, or implementing software delivery pipelines and integrating multiple tools within the software development lifecycle\nHands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud\nGood understanding of application security and software supply chain security concepts, including areas such as Software Composition Analysis (SCA), SBOM, container security, vulnerability management, or application security testing\nAbility to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both deeply technical audiences and senior stakeholders\nStrong discovery, presentation, demonstration, and problem-solving skills\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with regional and global teams\nNative or fluent Mandarin Taiwanese and strong business English communication skills\nExperience working with enterprise customers in Taiwan and an understanding of the local technology ecosystem\nBased in Taipei, Taiwan\nGood to have:\nPrevious experience as a software developer, DevOps engineer, platform engineer, cloud architect, or security engineer\nExperience with enterprise DevOps platforms, artifact management, application security, or software supply chain technologies\nExperience working with large-scale enterprise development environments and complex technical architectures\nFamiliarity with AI-assisted development and emerging concepts such as LLMs, AI coding assistants, agents, MCP, and agentic development workflows\nExperience working with channel partners, system integrators, or technology alliances\nExperience presenting at technical events, customer forums, or industry conferences\nAbout JFrog:\nJFrog is the only end-to-end software supply chain platform that provides complete visibility, security, and control for automating the delivery of trusted releases from code to production.
