If you are highly organized, thrive in a dynamic environment, and love being the connective tissue that brings top talent into an organization, this role is for you! \nAs a Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator at JFrog you will . . .\nEnd-to-End Candidate Experience: Own the complete interview lifecycle, delivering high-touch, culture-first experiences for applicants and hiring teams.\nOrganization & Scheduling: Proven mastery of complex, multi-time-zone calendar management with the ability to multitask under tight deadlines and pivot quickly when schedules shift.\n Operations & ATS Optimization: Drive global talent acquisition infrastructure by managing and optimizing recruiting systems, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and internal CRM knowledge management.\n Process Design & SOPs: Create, implement, and document scalable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) tailored to the unique talent market trends of the technology sector.\nData & Analytics Reporting: Track trends and talent activity; optimize talent systems to enhance candidate management and process flows.
