Overview The IT Intern will provide technical and administrative support to the IT department, ensuring the efficient operation of IT systems, end-user services, and digital collaboration platforms across Jhpiego Tanzania. The intern will gain hands-on experience in IT service management, Microsoft 365 administration, network support, cybersecurity, user training, and digital workplace technologies while supporting organizational objectives in the health sector. This position will be closed on November 10, 2026. Responsibilities 1. IT Service Desk & Ticketing System Support Provide first-level technical support to staff through the organization's IT ticketing system. Log, categorize, prioritize, track, and resolve IT support requests in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate IT personnel when necessary. Resolve ticket queues and provide timely updates to users regarding issue resolution status. 2. Computer Configuration & End-User Support Configure, deploy, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
