# IT Manager

Overview TheIT Manager leads the information technology function for Jhpiego Mozambique, ensuring that staff in Maputo and the provincial offices have secure, reliable and modern technology that enables program delivery and efficient operations. The role goes beyond traditional infrastructure and user support. The IT Manager acts as a trusted technology advisor to country leadership, with three priorities that reflect how IT is changing across Jhpiego: Service performance and accountability: managing IT as a service, with clear service levels (SLAs) for internal users and external vendors, measured and reported regularly. Cybersecurity and data protection: protecting staff, partners and program data against growing threats, in line with Jhpiego and Johns Hopkins University policies. AI, automation and digital ways of working: promoting the safe, responsible and productive use of approved AI tools and automation and enabling effective hybrid and remote work. The position works closely with Jhpiego Global IT to apply enterprise standards and platforms, and with country departments and projects to make sure technology supports their goals.
