This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within the engineering and project management sectors. As a Business Development Executive, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, expanding our market presence, and building strategic partnerships with key clients and stakeholders. This role requires someone who can work autonomously whilst also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious business objectives.\n\nWhat you'll be doing\n\nMaintain and manage existing customer accounts, ensuring compliance with IATF 16949 requirements.\n\nPrepare accurate and competitive quotations for both metal and plastic components.\n\nCoordinate with internal departments (costing, engineering, logistics) to validate quotation feasibility and pricing.\n\nAttend customer meetings for commercial discussions, new RFQ briefings, and ongoing follow-ups.\n\nOversee the commercial aspects of new projects from quotation approval through to the first mass production (MP) delivery.\n\nSource and evaluate supplier quotations for new projects to ensure cost competitiveness.\n\nWhat we offer\nAt JoonHee Micron Sdn Bhd, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees.
