负责新产品引入、POC 验证、厂商管理，并制定技术规范、指导培养团队成员。\n任职要求：\n1. 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，8 年以上存储/基础架构运维经验，其中具备 3 年以上 PB 级大规模存储系统的规划、建设与运维全周期经验;\n2. 精通至少一类主流存储体系并掌握其底层原理：分布式/软件定义存储（Ceph 优先、副本与纠删码机制等），或传统企业级存储（常见知名品牌SAN/NAS阵列）;\n3. 熟悉数据保护与备份技术，了解至少一种主流备份软件（NetBackup、Commvault、Veeam、爱数、鼎甲等），具备备份/容灾方案设计与真实恢复演练经验;
