JiBe ERP enables increased automation and streamlining of processes, creating pre-defined work flows and reducing the usage of email and paper.\nJob Responsibilities\nExpense Management: Accurately book and record company expenses, ensuring proper documentation and coding.\nVendor Management: Process and record vendor entries, ensuring timely and accurate payments, and verifying vendor details.\n PO, Invoice, and Payment Entries: Create and process Purchase Orders (PO), invoices, and payment entries in accordance with company procedures.\nTDS Preparation: Prepare and maintain TDS deduction sheets, ensuring timely and accurate tax payment, as per regulatory requirements.\nTrial Balance Scrutiny: Scrutinize and analyze trial balances, ensuring all financial transactions are correctly recorded and reconciled, leading to accurate finalization of accounts.\nInvoice Review & Documentation: Review and verify invoices and supporting documents, ensuring they are in line with company policies and procedures. Ensure correct documentation is maintained for auditing purposes.\nFiling & Recordkeeping: Properly file bills, vouchers, and all relevant documents, maintaining organized and accessible records for future reference.\nMonth-End Closure & Audit Assistance: Assist in the monthly closure of books, ensuring all financial transactions are processed accurately. Provide support during audits, ensuring smooth and efficient audit processes.\nFinancial Analysis: Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, accounts receivable, accounts payable, petty cash, cash management, and cash book.
