JiBe ERP enables increased automation and streamlining of processes, creating pre-defined workflows and reducing the usage of email and paper.\nJob\nResponsibilities\nMaintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware. \nAssist on IT projects, solutions and key responsibilities within a larger business initiative. \nHandle business-critical IT tasks and systems administration. \nTrack and maintain hardware and software inventory. \nAnalyze department needs, identify vulnerabilities, and boost productivity, efficiency and accuracy to inform business decisions. \nEnsure network components meet needs and work together seamlessly, using the full range of capabilities and stay informed about new features and competitive solutions. \nContinuously analyze current processes, technologies, and vendors to identify areas of improvement. \nPrepare cost-benefit analysis reports when upgrades are necessary, continuously analyzing vendors to ensure they offer the best possible service and value for company needs. \nTrain employees on both software and hardware, troubleshoot, and provide technical support when needed. \nDevelop and execute disaster procedures and maintain data backups. \nManaged Virtualization Environment using DAAS services like AWS Workspace, AZURE Virtual Desktop, CITRIX etc. \nResponsible for IT Asset Procurement process. \nResponsible for IT Software and licensing management. \nResponsible for IT Internet and billing. \nResponsible for IT Asset distribution and recovery. \nResponsible for drafting company's policies and procedures.\nQualifications and Skills\nProven working experience as a Senior System Administrator, Assistant Manager IT, IT Team Lead or relevant experience. \nAbility to manage a team in the IT department. \nGood knowledge of AZURE Active Directory. \nOffice 365 administration. \nConfigure cloud based Anti-virus console. \nWork on Sophos antivirus server. \nHands-on experience in Asset and patch management. \nHands on experience in IT ticketing and project management tool. \nHands on experience in IT Audits. \nGood knowledge of Firewall and other security appliances. \nExcellent English Writing skills with grip on nonverbal (mail) communication. \nProblem solving skills;
