JiBe ERP enables increased automation and streamlining processes, creating pre-defined workflows, and reducing the usage of email and paper.\nJob Responsibilities\n Initial screening of manuals for spare and PMS related data.\nReading makers manuals and Extraction of Spares data and PMS Data in JiBe Template or in an internal software built for spare extraction. (Data entry from PDF to EXCEL)/Data entry in User Interface.\nEntering Spares Data and PMS Data, efficiently, timely and accurate manner.\nPrepares source data for entry by opening and sorting mail/Shared drives; verifying and logging receipt of data; obtaining missing data.\nDetermines the cause of error message while entering data and makes appropriate corrections\nPerform Quality checks for extracted data with available manuals.
