JiBe ERP enables increased automation and streamlining of processes, creating pre-defined workflows and reducing the usage of email and paper.\nJob Responsibilities\nLead the implementation, support & customer success team for the JiBe Accounting module of JiBe ERP with a strong focus on JiBe’s rapidly expanding Greek market. Ease the way for our clients to transition their existing workflows and procedures into a modern best-practice-based working environment using the JiBe Accounting & MGA modules.\nImplementation: Escort new JiBe clients throughout the implementation process of JiBe Accounting module & MGA and assume full responsibility for a successful implementation project. \nForm close relationships with clients’ key stakeholders to build lasting trust in the JiBe brand. \nConduct detailed training session with client management team. \nOversee the data building and configuration process of the new client JiBe Accounting & MGA modules.\nSupport: Ensure client issues are addressed on time by the JiBe support team. Oversee and review the preparation of new help materials\nCustomer Success: Maintain a relationship with the existing JiBe clients and make sure they are using the system to its full potential. \nIntroduce new features to JiBe existing clients and help in the adoption process. \nBe the clients’ voice to JiBe Product and Engineering teams.
