JiBe ERP enables increased automation and streamlining of processes, creating pre-defined workflows and reducing the usage of email and paper\nThe Procurement implementation manager is to lead the successful implementation of the Procurement and procurement related modules, ensuring efficient integration with existing processes. The implementation manager will be responsible for end to deployment, including data building, configuration, ensuring the system is configured as per the client’s requirements.\nJob responsibilities\nLead and supervise a team of data analysts and data entry operators, ensuring proper allocation of tasks and deadlines. \nProvide clear instructions on data gathering, validation, entry, and system configuration, ensuring that each member of the team understands their role. \nMonitor team performance, provide feedback, and ensure training or upskilling opportunities as needed to optimize team productivity. \nOversee the process of collection, cleansing, and validation of procurement data from clients \nEstablish and enforce data quality standards and validation rules to ensure accuracy and completeness of the procurement module’s data. \nPerform audits and checks on the data entered by the team, identifying and correcting discrepancies or errors. \nDevelop a detailed project plan for the data population and system configuration phases, identifying key milestones and deadlines. \nEnsure alignment with overall ERP project timelines and provide regular status updates to senior management and stakeholders. \nManage any changes in project scope or timelines by communicating effectively with stakeholders and adjusting plans accordingly. \nCollaborate with the development and technical teams to identify and log system bugs during the data entry and configuration process. \nCommunicate effectively with the technical team to escalate critical issues and track the progress of bug resolution. \nConduct root cause analysis of recurring issues and work with the team to implement permanent solutions. \nMaintain thorough documentation of data entry procedures, system configurations, and bug tracking for audit and future reference. \nPrepare detailed reports and dashboards on team performance, project milestones, and issue resolution status. \nEnsure that knowledge transfer sessions are conducted to hand over the system to business users and support team’s post-implementation. \nOversee the team during the initial go-live phase to resolve any post-implementation issues or data discrepancies. \nCoordinate with the support team for system maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement based on user feedback. \nMonitor the system’s performance and data integrity, adjusting as necessary to optimize procurement operations. \nQualifications and Skills\nYou have a personal drive, take ownership and work independently. \nBachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field. \n5+ years of experience in leading end-to-end system implementations, including data population, configuration, and system testing. \nProven experience managing teams (data analysts, data entry operators) and large-scale data migration projects. \nCertification in project management methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile is preferred. \nFamiliarity with system integrations, data imports, and exports between ERP systems and other databases. \nAbility to troubleshoot system bugs and work with IT and technical teams for resolution. \nProficiency in using data management tools (such as Excel, SQL, or database management systems) to handle large volumes of procurement data. \nProficient in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Wrike, or equivalent. \nStrong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and manage deadlines. \nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to work across various departments and levels within the organization. \nStrong decision-making and problem-solving skills to address project challenges, manage stakeholder expectations, and resolve issues promptly. \nAdditional Qualifications\nTeam player with good interpersonal and communication skills \nAnalytical mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies, propose improvements, and analyze project risks. \nKnowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen to streamline procurement
