JiBe ERP enables increased automation and streamlining of processes, creating pre-defined work flows and reducing the usage of email and paper.\nJob Responsibilities\nProvide application support to end users of our Marine ERP product mainly on Crew Module and work on quick resolution of issues. \nCoordinating with Client vessels and fleet for crew account module related issues. \nTroubleshoot application and software related issues and determine the root cause for such issues. \nWork on defined SLAs to ensure that our client receives the best of the services \nEnsure complete compliance of ticketing tool and report metrics daily \nWork with development teams throughout the software life cycle ensuring sustainable software releases \nAssist in internal user training related to Crew Accounting module. \nTesting, Issue reporting and following up with development team on internally reported issues. \nTo create software related help materials documents, help videos,Walkme,FAQs, bug reproduction steps and other artifacts. \nSoftware training/briefing of shipboard personnel on use of JiBe onboard module. \nShipping Knowledge in Crew department or crew accounts department will be added advantage.\nQualifications and Skills\nAny Graduate / B.E. or equivalent with minimum 1+ years of relevant experience. \nExcellent English Writing skills with grip on nonverbal (mail) communication \nExcellent typing skills \nProblem solving skills;
