Strategy\nDefine and drive the BI product vision, roadmap, and success metrics. \nAlign BI initiatives with business goals and user needs across departments. \nIdentify opportunities to improve data accessibility, visualization, and reporting. \nStakeholder Engagement\nCollaborate with business units (Finance, Operations, Sales, etc.) to gather requirements and prioritize BI features. \nTranslate business needs into technical specifications and user stories. \nExecution & Delivery\nWork closely with data engineers, analysts, and developers to deliver BI dashboards, reports, and data models. \nEnsure timely delivery of high-quality BI products with intuitive UX and reliable data. \nData Governance & Quality\nAdvocate for data integrity, consistency, and governance best practices. \nPartner with data teams to ensure robust data pipelines and accurate reporting. \nUser Enablement & Adoption\nPromote self-service BI tools and data literacy across the organization. \nConduct training sessions, demos, and documentation to support adoption. \nPerformance Monitoring\nMonitor usage, performance, and impact of BI products. \nContinuously iterate based on feedback and evolving business needs. \nQualifications:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Data Analytics, or related field. \n4-7 years of experience in product management, data analytics, or BI. \nStrong understanding of BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik). \nProficiency in SQL and familiarity with data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift). \nExperience working in Agile environments and managing product backlogs. \nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills. \nPreferred Skills:\nExperience in SaaS, enterprise software, or data-centric products. \nFamiliarity with ETL processes, data warehousing, and API integrations. \nAbility to balance technical depth with business strategy. \nKnowledge of data privacy and compliance
