You will have an opportunity to directly impact our growing team.\nJob Responsibilities\nBecome the technical focal point for DevOps efforts of an agile DevOps team alongside hands-on DevOps use cases. \nBe part of a team which redesigns and rebuilds next generation end-to-end DevOps solutions for the organization. \nWork as part of the team to ensure successful task delivery and provide solutions for technical use cases in the short and long term. \nProvide technical leadership by coaching and mentoring team members. \nLead the resolution of technical issues in production environments, including conducting a thorough analysis to identify the root cause of incidents and implementing preventative measures. \nQualifications\nA passion for continuous integration and deployment \nStrong belief that automatization done right solves most problems in the software development processes \nA minimum of 4 years as a DevOps engineer with hands-on practical experience \nExperience using build and deployment-related toolsets (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc.) \nExperience of configuration management tools (Chef, Ansible or similar) \nExperience with CD tools (Helm, Kustomize) \nExperience with GitOps tools (ArgoCD, FluxCD) \nExperience of IaC (Terraform, Terragrunt) \nExperience with using observability tools (e.g. Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics, Zabbix, Grafana) \nDevelopment skills with a preference for working closer to infrastructure (preferably Python) \nStrong scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell) \ndvanced and practical experience in creating CI/CD pipelines, including YAML pipelines \nPractical experience with containers and container-orchestration platforms (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, Fargate) \nBasic database knowledge (SQL or NoSQL) \nExperience with Windows and Linux operating systems \nExperience with AWS cloud provider \nGood knowledge of Git and brunch strategies \nStrong communication and collaboration skills in an international setting \nExcellent interpersonal skills. \nProactive, independent, self-driven and works well with minimal supervision as part of a diverse team. \nProficiency in verbal and written English
