JiBe ERP enables increased automation and streamlining of processes, creating pre-defined workflows and reducing the usage of email and paper.\nJob responsibilities\nResponsible for all Testing efforts \nUnderstand the Test plan and report the progress. Participate in technical reviews. \nResponsible for running test stages through the entire project/project lifecycle, ensuring that the solutions meet the agreed quality objectives and delivery timescales. \nAdhere to reporting requirements and guidelines ensuring reporting is appropriate \nUnderstand application testing requirements and test strategy \nResponsible for test related documentation and archiving \nUnderstand and implement agile methodology and practices \nResponsible for implementing test automation using Selenium webdriver. \nResolve the challenges and application limitations in automation.\nQualifications and Skills\nBE/B.Tech/MCA/MS or equivalent with minimum 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in testing/quality assurance of software products/applications. \nAny experience on Windows / Cloud / Mobile would be a huge plus \nShould have handled end-to-end testing/QA for large projects/products. \nStrong experience in automation tools like QTP, Selenium webdriver. \nAtleast 3 years of industry experience in manual/automation testing using Java around angular Js applications, API calls, TDD. \nTest Automation: Experience in designing framework with programming/scripting language preference for Javascript. Design & implee to have experience in Agile teams experience working with source code management Git. \nExperience in defining Road Map for Testing Activity, defining testing strategy/Process, Solution Offerings, Technology Consulting and Thought Leadership. \nThe ability to think logically. \nGood memory of how software and operating systems work. \nExcellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution. \nAbility to work well as a team player. \nProblem solving skills; \nStrong customer focus. \nAbility to prioritize tasks \nMust have analytical skills, good communication skills & proactively doing knowledge transfer \nment reusable automated test framework to drive test automation goal and to support continuous integration & regression testing. \nA self-starter who is proactive and highly motivated. In depth knowledge of trends and development related testing.
