JiBe ERP enables increased automation and streamlining of processes, creating pre-defined workflows and reducing the usage of email and paper.\nJob responsibilities\nWell, acquainted with the Performance Testing Test Life Cycle of applications\nGood in performance testing process and preparation of click stream documents of the given business scenarios\nWell acquainted in preparation of Test Plan document\nShould have hands on experience on Performance Monitoring tool for performance testing counter monitoring\nDone various kind of testing like Load, Stress, Scalability, Fail Over, Endurance etc.\nAnalyze root causes of performance issues and provide corrective actions\nWell acquainted with the Performance Engineering activities\nGenerate performance test summary reports for management review\nIn-depth Knowledge and expertise in\nNFR (Non-Functional Requirement) gathering and Effort Estimation,\nPerformance Testing Methodologies,\nPerformance Test Plan,\nPerformance Test scripting ,\nPerformance Test Scenario Design and Monitoring,\nPerformance Test Analysis and Reporting\nQualifications and Skills\nBE/B.Tech/MCA/MS or equivalent with minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in testing/quality assurance of software products/applications. \nAny experience on Windows / Cloud / Mobile would be a huge plus \nShould have handled end-to-end testing/QA for large projects/products. \nStrong experience in Performance testing \nThe ability to think logically. \nGood memory of how software and operating systems work. \nExcellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution. \nAbility to work well as a team player. \nProblem solving skills;
