You will have an opportunity to directly impact our growing team.\nJob Responsibilities\nBecome the technical focal point for the development efforts of an agile team alongside hands on development and design. \nWork as part of a team to ensure successful task deliveries and provide solutions for business needs. \nProvide technical leadership by coaching and mentoring team members. \nVerify and maintain a high level of development and delivery standards for your team as defined by the organizations policies \nQualifications\nA minimum of 7 years software development experience (mainly backend or full stack development). \nAt least 2 years as a web solutions lead developer or a technical lead addressing large scale and distributed systems based on cloud computing infrastructure. \nA minimum of 3 years development and design experience with Node.js. \nA minimum of 2 years working with relational databases. \nPractical experience with microservices architecture. \nPractical experience with development quality methodologies and testing. \nPractical familiarity with OOP, design patterns and SOLID principles. \nExcellent interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills. \nExceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills. \nSelf-driven and works well with minimal supervision as part of a diverse team. \nProficiency in verbal and written English communication. \nWillingness to gradually become full stack while still maintaining a focus on backend development. \nAdvantageous Qualifications\nA person cannot be an expert on everything, but if you have experience with one or more of the following, it can be an advantage for you and your team:\nA minimum of 2 years experience working with NoSQL databases. \nHands-on experience with AWS and its services. \nComfortable working with Windows and Linux as production environments. \nExperience with agile methodologies. \nPractical experience with one or more of the following: performance analysis and optimizations, application security, data streaming and additional cloud
