Spruce empowers customers to manage their money simply, securely, and confidently.\nDay to Day You'll...\nSupport daily Agile and Scrum operations, including stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives.\nFacilitate team ceremonies and help ensure sprint commitments align with team capacity and priorities.\nMonitor sprint progress and proactively identify risks, blockers, dependencies, and delivery concerns.\nEscalate issues with clear context and recommended next steps to appropriate stakeholders.\nHelp improve delivery predictability and team effectiveness.\nPartner with Lead Product Managers and Engineering Leads to translate roadmap priorities into detailed user stories.\nCreate and maintain clear acceptance criteria that support successful delivery.\nEnsure stories meet the Definition of Ready prior to sprint planning.\nMaintain a healthy, prioritized backlog that supports squad goals.\nRequired Qualifications\nEducation:\nAssociate’s degree in a related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience.\nWork Experience:\nDemonstrated decision making, analytical, and problem-solving skills\nEffective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
