Be the single point of accountability for our top accounts’ manufacturing success\n\nManage complex production projects - Navigate DFM issues, supplier selection, quality requirements, and scale-up challenges across CNC machining, sheet metal, injection molding, and other processes\n\nScale products to production - Guide customers through the transition from prototyping to volume manufacturing, anticipating roadblocks before they hit\n\nStrategic supply chain navigation - Leverage your manufacturing expertise to solve problems our customers don’t yet see coming\n\nBridge technical and business requirements - Translate between engineering specs, supplier capabilities, and business timelines\n\nYou’re a fit if you\nHave 5+ years in custom mechanical manufacturing (CNC, sheet metal, injection molding, casting, etc.)\n\nHave direct experience managing production projects through their full lifecycle\n\nHave a track record of interfacing with demanding customers on complex technical projects\n\nHave deep understanding of DFM, tolerances, material selection, and manufacturing processes\n\nAre service-oriented with a genuine care for customer outcomes\n\nHave startup experience and thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments\n\nAre customer-obsessed but technically sharp - you can talk GD&T with an engineer, then pivot to discussing business constraints with a COO\n\nSee three steps ahead on production challenges and move fast\n\nOwn outcomes completely and find energy in solving hard problems for customers building physical products\n\nBonus: Mechanical engineering degree, experience scaling products from prototype to high-volume production, understanding of supply chain dynamics and supplier management, or US-based manufacturing experience\n\nWhy join us\nTransparency revolution -
