Our focus is on clear planning, memorable guest experiences and practical production that supports clients' business goals.\n\nRole Purpose\n\nAs an Event Intern you will be the builder who turns creative ideas into reliable, repeatable events. You will manage end-to-end event elements including timelines, budgets and vendor coordination, then take charge of on-site setup, rehearsals, registration and show flow to ensure smooth delivery. You will work closely with clients, creative and production teams, prepare proposals and trackers, and solve operational challenges quickly so every project finishes on time and within scope.\n\nYour Growth & Impact\n\nLead event segments to strengthen your project management portfolio and position yourself for larger producer responsibilities.\n\nDevelop practical budgeting and vendor negotiation skills through hands-on work with quotations, purchase orders and budget trackers.\n\nExpand your professional network by collaborating directly with clients, suppliers, entertainers and in-house creative teams.\n\nSharpen on-site production and troubleshooting skills by managing show flow, AV coordination and backstage operations under real conditions.\n\nBuild a visible portfolio of delivered events that demonstrates both operational reliability and creative sensibility.\n\nRequirements\nResponsibilities\nProject Management\nPlan and maintain event timelines, checklists, budgets and production schedules to keep projects on track and within scope.\nCreate and update quotations, proposals, purchase orders and budget trackers for each event.\nCoordinate internal deliverables with creative and production teams to translate concepts into executable plans.\nMonitor project milestones and report progress to stakeholders to ensure clear expectations.\nClient & Vendor Coordination\nAct as the main point of contact for clients, clarifying requirements and providing timely updates.\nSource, negotiate and manage vendors, venues, entertainers and production partners to meet quality and budget needs.\nPrepare vendor briefs, manage contracts and confirm deliverables before show day.\nBuild and maintain professional relationships with suppliers and talent to support repeatable delivery.\nOn-site Production & Show Management\nLead on-site setup, rehearsals, registration and backstage operations to ensure smooth show flow.\nCoordinate AV, staging, lighting and run-of-show with technicians and crew.\nTroubleshoot operational issues quickly and implement practical solutions under pressure.\nOversee logistics and dismantling to close projects cleanly and capture learnings for future events.\nRequirements\nQualifications & Experience\nDiploma or degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field is preferred.\nPrevious experience in events, hospitality or production is preferred, but fresh graduates with strong initiative are welcome to apply.\nProven involvement in corporate conferences, gala dinners, product launches, activations or team-building programmes is an advantage.\nValid driving licence and access to personal transportation is preferred where relevant for site visits.\nHard Skills & Knowledge\nCompetent in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word.\nExperience preparing proposals, budgets, purchase orders and production timelines is required.\nFamiliarity with event production equipment, audiovisual systems, staging and lighting is preferred.\nComfortable using Canva, AI productivity tools or project management platforms to support planning and delivery.\nSoft Skills & Qualities\nGenuine passion for events, entertainment and experiential marketing, with a hands-on, positive attitude.\nExcellent organisational, multitasking and time-management abilities across multiple projects.\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with a good command of written and spoken English.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team, remain calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines.\nWillingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays, and to travel when required.\nAbility to communicate in
