identification, development, and conversion of viable business opportunities, while coordinating the entire business development and tendering cycle—from opportunity identification through to contract and other potential clients.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nBusiness Development & Opportunity Generation\n\n Identify, scout, and develop viable business opportunities within the oil & gas, EPC, construction, and related industries.\n\n Proactively monitor the market for upcoming projects, contracts, tenders, shutdowns, maintenance opportunities, and strategic partnerships.\n\n Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective projects and clients.\n\n Convert identified opportunities into commercially viable business prospects.\n\n Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities and market trends.\n\nTendering, Bidding & Prequalification\n\n Lead the end-to-end tendering process, including opportunity assessment, expression of interest (EOI), prequalification, ITT/RFQ review, bid preparation, submission, and post-tender follow-up.\n\n Coordinate the preparation of technical, commercial, and administrative tender submissions with relevant departments.\n\n Review tender requirements to ensure compliance and
