Our platform combines design, business tools, and an AI-powered core that turns real customer data into clear insights and next steps helping our customers focus on what moves their business forward.\nRole Overview:\nJimdo is becoming an AI-first company, and our People team is one of the first places where that shows up in daily work. We're looking for an AI & Data Analytics Partner to build the agents, analytics and workflow automations that make the People team faster, smarter and easier to scale.\nYou'll take a process from \"this is slow and manual\" to a working, compliant solution in production, and then make sure the team can run and extend it without you. You'll also give leadership one reliable view of People data, so decisions rest on numbers everyone trusts.\nYou’ll start with the People team, and the scope can grow to any other function across Jimdo.\nThe team and who you'll work with:\nYou'll report to the Manager Performance Intelligence and work day to day with the People team and our HR Business Partners.\nYou'll also work closely with our AI team on standards and capabilities, with Finance and Legal on data consistency and compliance, and with our HR system and payroll providers.\nThis is a remote role, open to candidates based in Germany, Italy, Spain or Portugal.\nWhat you'll be doing:\nBuild a central reporting suite in Tableau that brings data from HiBob, payroll and compensation tools into one source of truth, with dashboards leadership actually uses.\n\nOwn the quality and structure of People data, and use analytics to spot workforce trends, risks and process bottlenecks.\n\nFind the HR processes with the most friction and fix them with AI agents and workflow automation, from first prototype to production.\n\nImprove self-service for employees and managers with AI tools that answer the repetitive questions, so the People team can focus on the work that needs a person.\n\nConnect our systems of record and improve the data flow between HR and Finance, so there's far less manual reconciliation.\n\nMake every solution auditable, explainable and compliant, and set clear guardrails for responsible AI use.\n\nRun hands-on workshops and co-building sessions and write playbooks, so the team can build and maintain automations on their own.\n\nYour first months:\nAfter 3 months: you know our People systems and data flows, you've agreed the reporting scope with the People team, and your first quick-win automation is live.\n\nAfter 6 months: the central reporting suite is in use by leadership, and at least one AI-enabled HR process runs in production\n\nWhat you bring to the table:\n5+ years in data analytics, AI and automation, or technical systems roles.\n\n2+ years of hands-on work with LLMs, agents, prompt engineering and workflow orchestration tools such as n8n, with solutions you've taken into production.\n\nA track record of improving business processes through automation or system redesign, with results you can show.\n\nStrong data analysis skills and expert-level Tableau: you build dashboards that turn complex data into clear recommendations.
