Our platform combines design, business tools, and an AI-powered core that turns real customer data into clear insights and next steps helping our customers focus on what moves their business forward.\nRole Overview :\nAs a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you'll join Wonderland, Jimdo's internal Platform Engineering team responsible for the cloud platform that every engineering team builds on. We solve infrastructure challenges once so product engineers don't have to-providing a reliable, secure and self-service platform that powers deployments, observability, networking and developer workflows across the company.\nYou'll work on a modern stack including AWS (EKS), Kubernetes, Terraform, Cloudflare, Vault, Grafana Cloud and GitHub Actions, helping evolve the platform while improving reliability, developer experience and operational efficiency. As part of a small, senior team, you'll have broad ownership, influence platform strategy, and build solutions that have an impact across every product team at Jimdo.\nYour impact:\nDesign and manage scalable cloud infrastructure using Terraform and Kubernetes.\n\nBuild and improve CI/CD pipelines and GitOps deployment workflows.\n\nEnhance observability through monitoring, logging, alerting and incident management.\n\nImplement platform security, secrets management and infrastructure compliance.\n\nPartner with engineering teams to improve deployment reliability and developer experience.\n\nContribute production-quality code, primarily in Go, to platform tooling and automation.\n\nExplore and integrate AI tools that improve engineering productivity and operational excellence.\n\nWhat you bring:\n5+ years in Infrastructure Engineering, Platform Engineering, DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering.\n\nStrong experience with Kubernetes in production.\n\nDeep knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.\n\nExperience with AWS (EKS preferred).\n\nExperience with GitHub Actions, ArgoCD or similar CI/CD tooling.\n\nFamiliarity with Grafana, Prometheus, Loki or modern observability platforms.\n\nComfortable writing production code (Go preferred).\n\nPassion for platform engineering, automation and solving problems at scale.\n\nWhat we offer: \nInspiring Mission: At our core, we are driven by a meaningful mission - to empower solopreneurs and small businesses to succeed and to contribute to the sustainability and vibrancy of the communities they serve.\nFlexibility and Trust: Our work environment thrives on flexibility and trust.
