Reporting to the Head of Experience Design, you'll lead end-to-end product design-from discovery and research through delivery-working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, Data teams, and AI specialists.\nYou'll combine systems thinking, strategic product design, customer insights, and emerging AI design practices to solve meaningful customer problems while helping raise the overall design maturity across the organization through collaboration and mentorship.\nYour impact:\nLead end-to-end product design across discovery, ideation, prototyping, validation, and delivery.\n\nConduct generative and evaluative user research, usability testing, customer interviews, and Jobs-to-be-Done discovery to uncover customer needs.\n\nDesign elegant, accessible, and responsive experiences across desktop and mobile using modern design systems and WCAG best practices.\n\nCreate high-quality interaction designs, prototypes, information architecture, and visual experiences that drive customer value.\n\nCollaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Research, Marketing, Data, and AI teams to influence product strategy and deliver exceptional customer experiences.\n\nDesign and prototype AI-powered experiences, conversational interfaces, and AI-assisted workflows while promoting responsible AI design.\n\nContribute to design systems and design operations, and continuously improve design quality, processes, and team practices.\n\nWhat you bring:\n5-8 years of experience designing digital SaaS products, with ownership across the full product lifecycle.\n\nStrong expertise in UX, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, information architecture, usability testing, and systems thinking.\n\nExperience conducting qualitative and quantitative user research and translating insights into impactful product solutions.\n\nDeep proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools, alongside experience working with design systems.\n\nProven success collaborating within cross-functional Agile product teams alongside Product Managers and Engineers.\n\nStrong strategic thinking, communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills that help elevate teams and influence product direction.\n\nExperience designing AI-assisted or AI-powered product experiences is highly desirable.\n\nWhat we offer: \nInspiring Mission: At our core, we are driven by a meaningful mission - to empower solopreneurs and small businesses to succeed and to contribute to the sustainability and vibrancy of the communities they serve.\nFlexibility and Trust: Our work environment thrives on flexibility and trust.
