This role is responsible for ensuring operational compliance, coordinating retail communications, supporting store systems and supplier management, and assisting with store openings and closures. Working closely with the Retail Operations Manager you will play a key role in operational consistency, compliance, and efficiency across our EMEA retail network.\nKey Responsibilities\nRetail Operations Communication\nCreate and distribute operational communications, guidance, and updates to stores across the EMEA region.\nCoordinate cross-functional communications with key business partners including Health & Safety and Loss Prevention teams.\n\nOperational Administration & Supplier Management\nManage supplier accounts, purchasing portals, licensing requirements, and store operational ordering processes.\nSupport budgeting, invoicing, and administration activities related to retail operations.\n\nSystems & Store Support\nCoordinate user access, onboarding, and ongoing support for retail systems\nPartner with IT and internal stakeholders to ensure stores have the tools and resources required for day-to-day operations.\n\nStore Openings, Relocations & Closures\nSupport the planning and execution of store openings, closures, refurbishments, and temporary relocations across EMEA.\nCoordinate operational requirements, supplier setup, payment solutions, and store readiness activities.\n\nCompliance and Operational Controls\nMaintain accurate records and ensure operational processes are completed in line with company standards.\nMonitor compliance training completion and support the implementation of policies, procedures, and operational best practices.\nCoordinate environmental compliance reporting across EMEA markets and support adherence to regulatory requirements.\n\n-\nThe Company is an equal employment opportunity employer.
