Acting as a key bridge between global strategy and regional execution, this role ensures stores operate efficiently, compliantly, and in line with brand standards worldwide.\nThe position plays a critical role in embedding best-in-class processes, supporting global initiatives, and strengthening cross-functional collaboration to enhance store performance and customer experience at scale.\nKey Responsibilities\nGlobal Retail Operations Excellence\nSupport the development and rollout of global retail operations processes, ensuring consistency and scalability across all markets.\nIdentify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives to simplify ways of working.\nSupport global change programmes, ensuring adoption of new tools, processes, and operational standards.\nAct as a key contact for regional teams, supporting resolution of operational challenges.\nGlobal Strategy & Regional Execution\nPartner closely with the Global Retail Operations Director to translate strategy into clear execution plans.\nCoordinate with regional teams (EMEA, Americas, APAC, Middle East) to ensure consistent implementation of global initiatives.\nTrack progress of key projects and highlight risks, gaps, and opportunities.\nProvide structured feedback and insights from regions to shape global strategy.\nStore Lifecycle & Projects\nSupport delivery of global store projects, including openings, refurbishments, relocations, and closures.\nCoordinate timelines, operational readiness, and cross-functional inputs to ensure seamless execution.\nEnsure stores are fully prepared from an operational, systems, and process perspective.\nOperational Support & Cross-Functional Alignment\nAct as a central connector across Retail, IT, Finance, Supply Chain, Inventory, HR, Loss Prevention, and Health & Safety.\nSupport optimisation of store systems, POS, and digital tools in partnership with IT.\nPartner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and operational reporting.\nStreamline global store communications to ensure clarity and consistency.\nFacilities, Suppliers & Cost Efficiency\nSupport global approach to facilities, maintenance, and utilities, ensuring alignment with brand standards.\nCoordinate supplier performance, SLAs, and compliance across regions.\nIdentify opportunities to drive cost efficiencies and improve service levels.\nPartner with Procurement and Finance to optimise operational spend.\nOperational Governance, Risk & Compliance\nSupport the implementation of global policies related to Loss Prevention, Health & Safety, and compliance.\nEnsure stores operate within legal and company standards across all regions.\nContribute to risk mitigation strategies, including stock loss, security, and operational risks.\nReporting & Performance Insights\nConsolidate global retail operations reporting, providing clear and actionable insights.\nAnalyse operational performance, identifying trends and improvement opportunities.\nSupport leadership reporting with data-driven recommendations.\nProfile\nSignificant experience in retail operations within a multi-channel, international environment.\nStrong understanding of store operations, systems, and retail processes.\nProven ability to support global projects and drive operational improvements at scale.\nStrong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and retail systems.\nExcellent stakeholder management, with the ability to influence across regions and functions.\nHighly organised, adaptable, and able to prioritise in a fast-paced global environment.\n-\nThe Company is an equal employment opportunity employer.
