Your primary focus will be on driving the end-to-end software development lifecycle, ensuring that our platforms remain scalable, secure, and highly available for our end-users while mentoring junior developers to foster a culture of technical rigor.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Architect and develop scalable backend services using Java 20+ and Spring Boot to ensure high-performance data processing for enterprise clients.\n\n- Design responsive and user-centric frontend interfaces using Angular 20+ and TypeScript to enhance the overall user experience.\n\n- Integrate Python-based automation scripts and microservices to streamline backend workflows and improve system efficiency.\n\n- Deploy and manage application infrastructure on AWS, utilizing CloudWatch and X-Ray to monitor system health and resolve performance bottlenecks proactively.\n\n- Lead code reviews and technical design discussions to maintain high standards of code quality and architectural integrity across the team.\n\n- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project milestones and deliver robust technical solutions that align with long-term business objectives.\n\nRequired Skillset :\n\n- Demonstrated expertise in building full-stack applications using Java 20+, Spring Boot, and Angular 20+ with a strong command of TypeScript.\n\n- Proven ability to design and maintain cloud-native architectures on AWS, with hands-on experience in monitoring and debugging using CloudWatch and X-Ray.\n\n- Proficiency in integrating Python for data processing or automation tasks within a Java-heavy ecosystem.\n\n- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\n- Experience in leading technical teams, providing mentorship, and fostering a collaborative environment in a hybrid work setup.\n\n- A minimum of 6 -
