The role will work closely with product owners, business stakeholders, architects, and Salesforce teams to translate business requirements into secure, scalable Agentforce solutions.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Design and configure Salesforce Agentforce agents, topics, actions, instructions, and guardrails.\n\n- Integrate agents with Salesforce data, Flows, Apex, APIs, Knowledge, Data Cloud, and external systems.\n\n- Build reusable agent actions using Flow, Apex, and declarative Salesforce capabilities.\n\n- Define agent conversation journeys, escalation paths, human handoff processes, and exception handling.\n\n- Configure grounding using Salesforce Knowledge, CRM data, Data Cloud, and approved external sources.\n\n- Ensure AI agent solutions adhere to security, privacy, compliance, and responsible-AI standards.\n\n- Collaborate with business teams to identify, prioritize, and document high-value agent use cases.\n\n- Develop and execute unit, integration, user acceptance, and performance testing for agent capabilities.\n\n- Support deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, optimization, and post-production enhancements.\n\n- Create technical documentation, configuration guides, and knowledge-transfer materials.\n\nRequired Skills and Experience:\n\n- Strong hands-on Salesforce platform experience, including Lightning Experience, Salesforce configuration, Salesforce Flow, Apex, and SOQL.\n\n- Experience with Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein capabilities, or other conversational AI / generative AI platforms.\n\n- Experience designing automation and orchestration using Salesforce Flow and Apex.\n\n- Understanding of prompt engineering, AI grounding, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and AI guardrails.\n\n- Experience integrating Salesforce with external REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.\n\n- Salesforce APIs and integrations.\n\n- Security model: profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and field-level
