A strong background in data analysis, hands-on experience in building and deploying machine learning models, and solid working knowledge of Python/R and statistics are essential.\nKey responsibilities:\nBuild analytical models such as forecasting, optimization, recommendation engines leveraging the vast amount of available user/behavior/consumption data to enrich the end-user experience\nDevelop and refine sophisticated AI models centered on audio and video data to elevate the quality of our content.\nPossess a working knowledge of cutting-edge technologies such as large language models (LLMs) and generative AI (GenAI), and demonstrate their practical application.\nLeverage advanced analytics to decode social media data employing sentiment analysis, theme generation, and Named Entity Recognition (NER) to gain deeper insights into user interactions.\nWrite modular, efficient code to streamline the production and deployment of models.\nProvide analytical thought leadership and ensure best in class analytic service delivery for business initiatives\nBe proactive and entrepreneurial in identifying new problems that can be solved through analytics\nCapable of structuring a business problem to an analytical problem and able to set up the model framework by identifying relevant approaches and techniques and driven for implementation\nTaking the lead and liaising with business and other stakeholders, discussing, presenting, and bringing closure to projects\nDeploy an agile process for analytics - generating hypotheses, running experiments, and sharing of outcomes/insights, etc. with business\nSupport the deployment, maintenance, and ad-hoc analysis required for existing or new analytical models\nEnsure appropriate capture of data sources and metrics to share across the enterprise\nAssist in identifying techniques and technology requirements to develop capabilities\nSkills and attributes for success:\nStrong project management and team management skills\nAbility to extract, aggregate, structure, and manage large volume data sets using database querying language e.g. SQL\nStrong knowledge of innovation in analytics, analytics use cases and technologies.\nExceptional problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to structure complex problems and develop solutions\nStrong knowledge of statistics with experience generating models using techniques such as segmentation, clustering, multivariate regression, decision trees, forecasting, time series, nonlinear modeling, optimization models\nProficiency with one of the statistical programming tools R/Python is a must\nDemonstrated expertise in handling audio and video data, with experience in building models for Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR), Text-to-Speech (TTS), Speech-to-Text (STT), as well as leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI (GenAI).\nPreferred education and experience:\nGraduate or Masters degree in engineering, math, statistics, economics, business analytics or relevant quantitative discipline\nStrong academic performance with emphasis on analytics and business application is required\n8 to 11 years of experience in advanced analytics -
