From rapid prototyping of new concepts to building scalable platforms that power future growth, we thrive on experimentation and innovation.\nOur platform highlights creators and their narratives by giving them AI-powered systems using advanced machine learning and multimedia pipelines.\nAs part of this team, you’ll work at the intersection of creativity and technology - building end-to-end experiences, experimenting with emerging tech, and shaping the future of entertainment content.\nKey responsibilities:\nLead and scale the GenAI engineering team, responsible for developing and delivering high-quality features for AI content production\n\nPartner closely with Product, and Data Science teams to define and drive and deliver the tech roadmap items\n\nDesign backend systems that scale across multiple frontier models\n\nChampion engineering excellence across observability, performance tuning, cost efficiency, and resilience engineering.\n\nFoster a high-ownership engineering culture focused on data-driven decision making, experimentation velocity, and customer-first thinking.\n\nCreate effective mechanisms to set goals for the team, create execution plans and track progress against those.
