Strategy work encompasses every aspect of business, e.g. designing business strategy, identifying White Spaces, helping increase viewership, programming strategy etc.\n\nData Analytics: Develop in-depth understanding of business, consumer and content using various tools, platforms, viewership & consumption data\n\nContent Strategy: Analyze, identify, and apply evolving trends across categories, competition, and consumers providing data backed creative insights & strategic intelligence to shape digital & TV content\n\nBrand Protection: Identification and analysis of threat to business, leadership, and network channels to ensure timely escalation and intervention\n\nThought leadership: Develop capability and projects that allow for the practice to remain future ready\n\nDevelop queries and dashboards across tools to collate and distil insights, monitor crisis, and stay connected with the consumers\n\nPartner with key stakeholders, co-create opportunities for growth, address business challenges and service BUs with high integrity and discipline\n\nSkills & Attributes for success:\n2-4 years of work experience\n\nUnderstanding of the digital and social media landscape and key platforms is desirable\n\nTraining for using various analytical tools will be provided. Post that the candidate will be expected to work hands on with the tools culling insights.\n\nHigh personal impact and exceptional written and oral communication skills. Articulating the stories that lie within the data is a key facet of this role.\n\nDigital & TV Content Affinity (esp.
