We work closely across Product, Design, Engineering, Data Science, UX Research, and Content to identify user needs, derive insights from data, and build experiences that drive meaningful impact.\nKey responsibilities\nWork with product managers, designers, engineers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to identify user problems and define product opportunities\n\nOwn product initiatives from problem discovery and requirement definition through execution, launch, and measurement\n\nTranslate user needs and business objectives into clear product requirements, user stories, and execution plans\n\nUse data, user insights, and experimentation to identify opportunities and make informed product decisions\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define product solutions, prioritize requirements, and ensure timely execution\n\nTrack product and business metrics to evaluate impact and continuously improve the user experience\n\nStay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and competitive products to identify opportunities for innovation\n\nLeverage AI tools in day-to-day product workflows to improve research, analysis, documentation, ideation, and overall execution efficiency\n\nSkills and attributes for success:\n1-3 years of experience as a full-time Product Manager; candidates with only internship experience will not be considered\n\nPreferably have experience building and scaling B2C products or consumer-facing experiences\n\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive product decisions\n\nAbility to clearly articulate product thinking, user problems, prioritization, and product rationale\n\nStrong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineering, design, data, and business teams\n\nComfortable working in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity and stretched timelines\n\nStrong ownership, execution focus, attention to detail, and a user-first mindset\n\nHands-on experience using AI tools to improve day-to-day productivity and professional workflows\n\nExposure to Search, Recommendations, Personalisation, Discovery, or AI/ML-based products or features is a plus\n\nExperience working on an AI-powered product or feature is a plus, but not mandatory\n\nPreferred education and experience:\nBachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent from a reputed institution preferred\n\nOverall 1-3 years of experience in Product Management, with experience as a full-time Product Manager\n\nPrior experience in B2C/consumer technology products is preferred\n\nExposure to Search, Recommendations, Personalisation, Discovery, or AI/ML is an added advantage\n\nAbout JioStar\nPerched at the nucleus of spellbinding content and innovative technology, JioStar is a leading global media & entertainment company that is reimagining the way audiences consume entertainment and sports.
