content, monetization, and user experience, we’d love to talk.\nKey responsibilities\nDesign and build scalable, resilient microservices that power JioStar’s ad tech stack\n\nOwn end-to-end delivery of complex backend projects, from technical design to deployment and monitoring\n\nWrite high-quality, maintainable code, and ensure rigorous testing and fault tolerance\n\nDrive architectural decisions and influence long-term engineering strategy for the team\n\nCollaborate closely with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into tech solutions\n\nTake ownership of operational excellence, including performance tuning, incident response, and root cause analysis\n\nMentor junior engineers, conduct technical deep dives and code reviews, and foster a culture of knowledge sharing\n\nSkills and attributes for success:\nProficiency in Java, Golang, or Python\n\nExperience designing and building distributed systems at scale\n\nStrong understanding of storage systems, query performance, and caching strategies\n\nHands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred), messaging systems (Kafka), and CI/CD pipelines\n\nProven ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and manage delivery timelines in fast-paced environments\n\nYou are passionate about growing engineers and leading by
