We work with a wide range of technologies, but more importantly, we solve complex engineering problems involving scale, reliability, real-time processing, and monetization.\nIf you enjoy solving challenging problems, learning new technologies, and building systems at scale, we’d love to talk.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and backend systems for Ads reporting, attribution, analytics, and measurement.\nBuild and optimize batch and real-time data processing workflows using technologies such as Spark, Hive, Kafka, SQL, and Scala.\nWork with large-scale datasets and distributed systems to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance.\nWrite clean, maintainable, and efficient code following engineering best practices.\nCollaborate with senior engineers, product managers, data scientists, and other engineering teams to build and deliver technical solutions.\nDevelop and maintain data models, datasets, and APIs to support various Ads use cases.\nEnsure data quality, consistency, and reliability across different data sources.\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues in batch processing and real-time streaming pipelines.\nParticipate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.\nContinuously learn and explore new technologies relevant to large-scale data processing and distributed systems.\nSkills and Attributes for Success\n2-4 years of experience in data engineering.\nStrong programming skills in Scala, Java, or Python.\nHands-on experience or strong exposure to Apache Spark for batch or streaming data processing.\nGood understanding of SQL, Hive, and data modeling concepts.\nExperience working with Kafka or other messaging and event-streaming systems is preferred.\nUnderstanding of distributed systems and Big Data technologies.\nStrong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.\nFamiliarity with tools such as Presto, Delta Lake, Airflow, or similar technologies is a plus.\nExposure to cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, GCP, Databricks, or EMR is an added advantage.\nExperience or interest in AdTech, campaign analytics, attribution, or large-scale consumer platforms is a plus.\nPreferred Education & Experience\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.\n2-4 years of relevant experience in software development, backend engineering, data engineering, or building large-scale data systems.
