cross-pod collaboration and alignment to maintain delivery momentum\nProactively plan for and mitigate risks, evaluating alternatives, quantifying trade-offs, and structuring communication plans\nApply Agile methodologies for iterative delivery, adaptive planning, and continuous improvement\nCoach teams on Agile best practices and foster high Scrum maturity\nMaintain sprint cadence and rigor through reviews, retrospectives, and OKR alignment\nDrive pod-level accountability for JIRA hygiene, analytics reporting, and milestone tracking\nEnsure data-driven decision-making using clear metrics, dashboards, and visual progress reporting\nRegularly communicate program updates, decisions, and risks to leadership concisely and visually\nContinuously improve internal processes to enhance team efficiency and delivery velocity\nAct as a mentor for junior TPMs and team members to scale program management maturity\nSkills & Attributes for success:\nDeep technical understanding of scalable systems, with the ability to dive into architecture reviews, ask second-order questions, and push for scalable, resilient solutions\nHighly structured thinker with the ability to break down ambiguous goals into executable plans, identify blind spots, and push for clarity in both direction and detail\nStrong grasp of risk/reward tradeoffs, and comfort operating in fast-moving, high-stakes environments with shifting priorities and evolving context\nExceptional communicator, skilled in managing stakeholder expectations and aligning diverse teams on shared timelines, goals, and impact\nStrong program management experience managing cross functional initiatives end to end and driving influence without authority\nStrong experience leading complex cross-functional programs involving AI/ML and GenAI systems at scale.\nShould have deep technical understanding of AI platforms, execution rigor, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive AI initiatives from strategy to production.\nExperience with LLMs, AI infrastructure, model lifecycle management, and scalable delivery processes is highly preferred.\nExpertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and tools like JIRA, Confluence\nPreferred education & qualification:\nA Bachelor's/Master’s degree with a minimum of 12 years of experience, including 5 to 8 years in a Program Management role within the consumer technology
