Your work will help ensure that KYC processes remain aligned with regulatory changes and internal policies.\nResponsibilities you'll have\nAnalyse AML/CTF regulatory requirements and assess their impact on existing KYC processes.\n\nTranslate regulatory changes into practical process updates, procedures and operational guidelines.\n\nSupport the implementation of new and updated requirements related to PEPs, customer risk scoring, Purpose & Nature of Relationship, Adverse Media Screening and Ongoing Due Diligence (ODD).\n\nCollaborate with process experts and project stakeholders to define detailed process changes.\n\nPrepare and update documentation and instructions for operational teams.\n\nEnsure end-to-end process consistency and support the effective implementation of regulatory changes.\n\nExpected competences and knowledge\nStrong knowledge of AML/CTF regulations and KYC processes.\n\nExperience in KYC, Financial Crime Prevention, compliance or business process development and change.\n\nExperiencetranslating regulatory requirements into business processes, procedures or operational guidelines.\n\nStrong analytical skills and the ability to assess the impact of regulatory changes.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.\n\nThe ability to explain complex regulatory requirements in a clear and practical way.\n\nA legal background or experience implementing regulatory changes in the banking sector would be an advantage.\n\nKey areas you'll work with\nAML/CTF regulations and requirements\n\nKYC processes and procedures\n\nPEP requirements\n\nCustomer Risk Scoring\n\nAdverse Media Screening\n\nOngoing Due Diligence (ODD)\n\nClient - why choose this particular client from the Jit portfolio?\nJit Team has had an over-decade-long relationship with the leading financial group in the Nordic countries, and we are privileged to be our client's premier partner in Poland.
