It covers requirements elicitation, analysis, decomposition, traceability, review, and validation throughout the development lifecycle. The project requires close collaboration with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional engineering teams to ensure alignment between business needs, system architecture, and implementation.\nKey responsibilities\nEnsure accuracy of, and configuration manage all project related stakeholder requirements, norms, standards and specifications\nManage the customer compliance matrix\nManage the structure of requirements and source documentation (Documentation Master List) in the Requirements Management tool\nDefine the reuse concept for the platform requirements\nWork with the development leads to define release-based content schedule\nCommunicate and disseminate requirements to function and feature developers\nEnsure traceability and consistency of requirements derived from norms, standards and stakeholder specifications\nEnsure the requirements management process is followed\nDefine stakeholder requirements review criteria and ensure requirements review process is followed\nWork closely with system & software architects, functional safety and test engineers to ensure\ndownstream user feedback\nFreeze and release the requirement baselines for each system release\nTrack requirements progress metrics to ensure progress to the project timeline\nEnsure quality consistency of requirements across projects\nWhat we’re looking for\nExperience in working with requirements development in an automotive, aviation or similar industry\nGood knowledge of requirements and systems engineering principles and guidelines (eg INCOSE,\nIREB)\nExperience with a requirements management tools eg.
