Business Requirements Gathering & Analysis\n- Conduct structured workshops and interviews with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements\n- Translate business needs into Pega-specific solution designs, including case lifecycle models, data models, and UI specifications\n- Maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle\n- Collaborate with product owners and business analysts to prioritize backlog items and define acceptance criteria\n2. Pega Workflow Design & Development\n- Design and implement end-to-end case management workflows using Pega's Case Designer, including stages, steps, processes, and alternate flows\n- Configure business rules, decision tables, decision trees, and when rules to encode business logic\n- Build and maintain data models (data classes, data pages, data transforms) aligned with business requirements\n- Develop UI layers\n- Apply Pega guardrails and best practices to ensure application maintainability and performance\n3. Integrations\n- Design and implement integrations with external systems\n- Configure data mapping, request/response transformations, and error handling for all integration points\n- Work with enterprise integration teams to align on API Data Delivery Agreements\n- Implement and test robustness patterns: retry logic, circuit breakers, timeout handling, and fallback flows\n4. Architecture & Technical Leadership\n- Define and govern the overall Pega application architecture, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards\n- Lead technical design reviews and provide architectural guidance to junior developers\n- Manage application layering strategy (framework vs. implementation layers) and reuse patterns\n5.
