MFA rollout across business units and geographies; track adoption, progress, risks and status reporting.\nManage MFA exceptions, compensating controls, remediation, escalations and blockers.\nCoordinate testing, user acceptance, pilots and production releases.\nEnsure deliverables meet IAM, security, regulatory and governance requirements.\nManage stakeholder communication, change management and business readiness for MFA adoption.\nSupport resource planning, budget tracking, vendor coordination and delivery governance.\nOffer:\nHybrid work from Gdynia or Gdańsk, with 2–3 office days per week.\nFlexible work organization, Jit-funded training and integration meetings.\nInternational teams and daily exposure to English.\n\nKogo poszukujemy?\nProven delivery of enterprise IAM or cybersecurity projects, preferably MFA or access management initiatives.\nExperience coordinating large-scale user migration or authentication transformation projects.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Hello for Business, conditional access policies, authentication methods and access controls.\nStrong leadership and stakeholder management across business, technology and security functions.\nExperience managing scope, risks, dependencies, schedules, budgets, governance and executive reporting.\nExtensive experience in IAM delivery and transformation.\nExperience managing international teams and large-scale enterprise initiatives.\nKnowledge of access governance, RBAC, Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes, segregation of duties and compliance controls.\nTech
