The role will focus on coordinating data sourcing activities, transaction monitoring capabilities, reporting requirements, and implementation efforts across business and technology teams.\nResponsibilities you'll have\nLead end-to-end delivery of AML and Transaction Monitoring initiatives\nCoordinate business, compliance, operations, and technology stakeholders\nManage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables\nDrive implementation of transaction monitoring and reporting requirements\nCoordinate data sourcing and integration activities across multiple systems\nSupport onboarding of new regulatory requirements into existing processes\nPrepare project reporting and governance materials\nFacilitate workshops and decision-making sessions with stakeholders\nEnsure successful delivery in line with business priorities and regulatory expectations\nCollaborate closely with Programme Managers and workstream leads\nExpected competences and knowledge\n6+ years of Project Management experience\nExperience delivering projects within Banking or Financial Services\nKnowledge of AML, Transaction Monitoring, KYC, Financial Crime, or Compliance domains\nStrong stakeholder management skills\nExperience working with data and system implementation projects\nAbility to work independently in complex environments\nFluent English\nNice to have:\nExperience with data sourcing, data governance, or analytics initiatives\nExperience with regulatory programmes\nPM certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile)\nClient - why choose this particular client from the Jit portfolio?\nJit Team has had an over-decade-long relationship with the leading financial group in the Nordic countries, and we are privileged to be our client's premier partner in Poland.
