The ideal candidate combines excellent governance and stakeholder management skills with a solid understanding of IT operations, service management, operational resilience and technology lifecycle management. Experience within banking or other highly regulated industries is highly desirable.\nResponsibilities you'll have\nLead complex, cross-functional technology transformation initiatives from initiation through implementation and transition to BAU\n\nDrive delivery across multiple stakeholder groups, including application owners, infrastructure teams, architects, operational teams, cyber security, risk, compliance and external vendors\n\nEstablish and maintain project governance, ensuring alignment with organisational standards, regulatory requirements and delivery frameworks\n\nManage project scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, financials and resource plans to ensure successful execution\n\nCoordinate delivery of technical remediation, resilience, service management and operational improvement initiatives across large-scale enterprise environments\n\nFacilitate decision-making and stakeholder alignment in a complex matrix organisation with multiple technology and business stakeholders\n\nEnsure high-quality reporting and communication to senior management, steering committees and governance forums\n\nSupport implementation of solutions that improve operational resilience, technology lifecycle management, service transparency and regulatory compliance\n\nExpected competences and knowledge\nMinimum 7+ years of experience managing large-scale IT or technology transformation projects\nProven track record of delivering complex initiatives involving multiple technology teams, infrastructure platforms and application owners\nStrong experience in project governance, risk management, dependency management, financial control and executive reporting\nExperience managing projects with significant organisational complexity and multiple stakeholder groups\nSolid understanding of enterprise IT environments, including applications, infrastructure, service management and operational processes\nExperience working with technology lifecycle management, application portfolio management, software remediation or technical debt reduction initiatives\nKnowledge of IT service management principles and operating models\nExperience driving change across application, infrastructure and platform teams\nExperience working within regulated environments, preferably within financial services\nStrong understanding oftechnology risk management, operational resilience and governance requirements\nAbility totranslate regulatory and risk-driven requirements into practical delivery plans and measurable outcomes\nExcellent stakeholder management skills with proven ability to engage and influence senior leaders, technical experts and operational teams\nStrong facilitation and communication skills, including experience presenting to steering committees and governance forums\nAbility to resolve conflicts, drive decisions and build alignment across diverse stakeholder groups\nNice to have\nExperience with DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) or other regulatory compliance initiatives affecting technology and operations\nExperience within IT Service Management (ITSM) environments and service modelling initiatives\nKnowledge of service mapping, application dependency mapping or CMDB-related initiatives\nExperience delivering operational resilience, disaster recovery, business continuity or failover capability projects\nFamiliarity with enterprise tooling such as ServiceNow, BMC Discovery, CMDB platforms, project portfolio management tools and architecture repositories\nExperience in application reme\nClient - why choose this particular client from the Jit portfolio?\nJit Team has had an over-decade-long relationship with the leading financial group in the Nordic countries, and we are privileged to be our client's premier partner in Poland.
