In this role, you will work on PCB design and development across a wide range of automotive applications, from 12V/48V ECUs to high-voltage power electronics (400V / 800V) and Battery Management Systems.\nDepending on your experience, you will contribute to or take ownership of PCB design activities, collaborating closely with hardware, mechanical, manufacturing, and test teams to deliver robust, production-ready solutions.\nKey responsibilities:\nDevelop PCB layout designs using Mentor Xpedition\nCreate and release PCB design documentation (e.g. in Teamcenter)\nDesign PCBs for automotive applications such as:ECUs\n48V systems\nHigh-voltage power electronics (inverters, OBC, DC/DC)\nBattery Management Systems (BMS)\n\nCollaborate closely with electrical, mechanical (MCAD), and manufacturing teams\nSupport PCB stack-ups, component placement, routing constraints, and design rules\nConsider electrical, thermal, mechanical, and manufacturability aspects\nApply and support best practices for EMI/EMC robustness\nContribute to signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI) optimization (tool-based or via guidelines, depending on experience)\nSupport prototype builds, validation, and design reviews\nCooperate with manufacturing and test teams across global locations\nPlan and execute design-related tasks and support testing activities\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field\nExperience or strong interest in PCB design\nUnderstanding of EMI/EMC design principles (experience is a plus)\nExperience or exposure to power electronics is a plus\nAnalytical mindset and attention to detail\nFamiliarity with CAD tools and engineering software\nGood communication skills and ability to work in a team\nFluency in English (written and spoken)\nTechnologies you'll work with\nMentor Xpedition (PCB Design & Schematic Capture)\n\nHyperLynx (SI/PI Simulation) - depending on experience\n\nPCB Design (layout, routing, stack-up)\n\nSignal Integrity (SI) & Power Integrity (PI)\n\nEMI/EMC Design\n\nPower Electronics (12V-800V systems)\n\nCAD & Simulation Tools\n\nTeamcenter (PLM / documentation management)\n\nClient - why choose this particular client from the Jit portfolio?\nThe client is a global technology leader delivering innovative and sustainable mobility solutions for the automotive market.
