Senior IT Analyst for Data Integration & Enablement Stream

Salary: 1000-1300 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa (2/3 days per week from the office)

Project

Join a strategic data transformation initiative within a leading international financial institution. You will become part of a cross-functional team responsible for developing and enhancing Data Products that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. The role combines business analysis, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration, focusing on translating complex business needs into scalable data and analytics solutions built on modern Big Data technologies. Working closely with business users, data engineers, and development teams, you will help shape the future of enterprise data capabilities.

Responsibilities you'll have

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality data solutions
• Work closely with Data Products andcontribute to building common capabilities within the data ecosystem
• Gather, analyze and translate complex business requirements into actionable features and user stories
• Design andshape advanced solutions in the areas of data, analytics and reporting
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs and expected outcomes
• Manage delivery dependencies across multiple teams and organizational units
• Ensure data quality, data consistency and support data-driven decision-making processes
• Work as an integral part of a cross-functional Agile team, taking ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables

Expected competences and knowledge

• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Proven experience working with complex business andtechnical requirements
• Hands-on experience in data analysis, data quality, data governance and data hygiene activities
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of features, tasks anduser stories, and drive them to completion
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience collaborating with business users andtranslating business needs into technical solutions
• Understanding of Big Data ecosystems and modern data platforms
• Familiarity withMachine Learning concepts and CI/CD practices
• Banking or financial services domain knowledge will be considered a strong advantage
• Ability to quickly understand new technologies and ask the right questions to drive solution development
