# Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities: Lead complex, cross-functional technology transformation initiatives from initiation through implementation and transition to BAU. Coordinate delivery across application owners, infrastructure, architecture, operations, cybersecurity, risk, compliance and external vendors. Establish and maintain project governance aligned with organisational standards, regulatory requirements and delivery frameworks. Manage scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, financials and resource plans. Coordinate technical remediation, resilience, service management and operational improvement initiatives in large enterprise environments. Facilitate decision-making and stakeholder alignment in a complex matrix organisation. Report and communicate to senior management, steering committees and governance forums. Support solutions that improve operational resilience, technology lifecycle management, service transparency and regulatory compliance.
