strong product thinking, visual design skills, and experience working in fast-paced game production environments.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nProduct & Game UX Design\n\nDesign intuitive and engaging user experiences for poker and competitive game products\n\nCreate UX/UI flows for gameplay systems, rewards, progression, onboarding, and player engagement\n\nRapidly iterate on features based on business goals, player feedback, and product priorities\n\nBalance gameplay clarity, usability, and visual polish across the product experience\n\nDesign scalable UX solutions that support long-term product growth\n\nCollaboration & Cross-Functional Work\n\nWork closely with product stakeholders, designers, and engineering teams\n\nCollaborate with design leadership to align on product direction and execution quality\n\nSupport smooth communication across distributed international teams\n\nProvide implementation support and ensure high-quality production releases\n\nParticipate in ideation, reviews, and iterative design processes\n\nUI Systems & Design Quality\n\nCreate wireframes, flows, prototypes, and polished final UI\n\nContribute to design systems and reusable UI patterns\n\nEnsure consistency across features and gameplay surfaces\n\nMaintain high standards for usability, readability, and interaction quality\n\nRequirements\n\nMust-Have\n\nProven experience in Game UI/UX design\n\nStrong understanding of poker gameplay and competitive gaming experiences\n\nStrong Figma skills and understanding of design systems\n\nExperience designing complex gameplay interfaces and player flows\n\nAbility to clearly communicate design decisions across teams\n\nExperience working in fast-moving iterative product environments\n\nStrong English communication skills\n\nExperience collaborating with distributed or remote teams\n\nNice to Have\n\nExperience with social casino, sweepstakes, or gaming products\n\nFamiliarity with motion design tools such as After
