We're hiring someone to understand real operational problems and own the solutions, using whatever technology the problem calls for.\nStart with the problem. Spend real time with the people who rely on our work: operations leaders, site leads, warehouse teams, and delivery partners. You'll do whatever it takes to deeply understand the problem and the people you're serving, which may include visiting warehouses, working a sort shift, or riding along on a delivery route.\nOwn the solution, not just the code.
