In this role, you will be the go-to technical resource for our team, ensuring seamless daily operations while actively automating and scaling our device deployment infrastructure. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise across macOS and Windows environments (with a solid working knowledge of Linux), has hands-on experience with identity provider integrations, and is highly proficient in modern MDM scripting and automation.\nEndpoint Management & Automation\nManage, configure, and secure fleet devices using MDM platforms (Kandji, Jamf Pro, or Ivanti).\nWrite and maintain custom deployment scripts (Bash, Zsh, PowerShell) to automate out-of-box enrollment, application installation, and system configurations.\nIdentity & Access Management\nManage and administer user lifecycles, permissions, and group policies using Active Directory and Google Workspace Enterprise.\nMaintain directory integrations, single sign-on (SSO) configurations, and security access controls.\nCross-Platform Support\nProvide Tier 2/3 engineering and daily troubleshooting support for macOS (60%), Windows (35%), and Linux (5%) environments.
