This role is instrumental in shaping product strategy, understanding user needs, measuring product impact, and translating security requirements into valuable features. You will lead sprint ceremonies and workhand-in-hand with development teams to drive continuous improvement and delivery excellence. The role involves facilitating agile ceremonies, managing sprint backlogs, and fostering a culture of iterative development while collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage and develop cybersecurity solutions. You are also required to take on product management responsibilities, including strategic roadmap planning and continuous security posture assessment.\nResponsibilities\nStrategic Product Management:\n· Partner with lead Product/Programme Manager to develop and execute product strategy and vision \n· Own and drive specific product features or components of the cybersecurity solution \n· Develop and maintain product road map in alignment with overall strategy \n· Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions \n· Build compelling business cases for new features and improvements \n· Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management for assigned features \nUser Engagement & Stakeholder Management:\n· Drive user research initiatives to deeply understand user needs and pain points \n· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders \n· Collaborate with UX teams and development team to design intuitive security solutions \n· Lead regular product reviews and feedback sessions with users and stakeholders \n· Transform user insights into actionable product requirements \nAgile & Development Team Collaboration:\n· Lead and facilitate all sprint ceremonies including planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives \n· Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the development team \n· Work closely with engineering leads to remove blockers and optimise team velocity \n· Facilitate technical discussions between product and engineering teams \n· Prioritise and manage product backlog based on business value and technical constraints \n· Lead sprint planning and backlog refinement sessions \n· Drive product launches and go-to-market strategies \n· Ensure product compliance with security standards and regulations \n· Monitor and analyse product metrics to drive data-informed decisions \nRequirements\n· 5 years of product management experience, with demonstrated success in driving product roadmaps and strategy \n· Proven experience working in agile development environments and leading cross-functional teams \n· Track record of end-to-end product delivery in enterprise software or cybersecurity solutions \n· Experience in stakeholder management across different organisational levels \n· Demonstrated experience in product discovery, development, and launch \n· Experience in gathering and translating customer requirements into product features \n· History of successful collaboration with engineering teams in agile environments \n· Advanced knowledge of agile methodologies
