Our company continues to deliver record sales led by a talented team and a commitment to “Fun Served Here”.\nPOSITION SUMMARY: \nOversee and supervise all Maintenance activities for the facility to achieve production uptime and yield goals. \nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: \nOversee all maintenance activities, including machine and facility troubleshooting and repair, preventative maintenance, and spare parts management. \nDevelop, maintain, and supervise maintenance staff within budget, including but not limited to scheduling, skill development, disciplinary action, and performance evaluation. \nOrganize and maintain spare parts and materials management system within budget to support maintenance activities, including accurate inventory accounting, sufficient stock quantities, sourcing, and procurement. \nDevelop, maintain, and execute equipment preventative maintenance system, using a CMMS(UpKeep-2023) in coordination with production requirements to achieve machine uptime goals. \nIdentify, procure, and maintain adequate machine tools to support the maintenance activities. \nOversee the mechanics are completing assigned work orders. \nEmployee is responsible for following (and/or implementing/supporting/maintaining) Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Food Defense, Food Safety and SQF programs. \nCOMPETENCIES: \nTo perform this job successfully, Maintenance Supervisor must be self-motivated, able to problem solve, detail-oriented, and able to stay on task. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. \nExcellent organization and time management skills. \nMust be a self-starter and be able to accomplish a versatile and evolving workload. \nExcellent in all forms of communication. \nSkilled at PowerPoint design and ideation. \nInnovative, problem solver, flexible, and able to juggle multiple priorities. \nSelf-motivated, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt well to change. \n EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: \nHigh School diploma or GED preferred but not required. \nMust have the ability to analyze and troubleshoot equipment repair situations. \nMust have prior hands-on mechanical experience. \nMust have ability to troubleshoot process, mechanical, electrical systems; PLC programs; motor VFD’s and other electronic systems. \nMajority of work is done walking, standing, bending, and squatting. Must be able to climb and work overhead. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
